The trail run weekend by women, for women.
Consider this an invitation to all the wild women who like to run long, play hard, and eat locally. We invite you and your girlfriends to join us for a weekend of field and forest fun including a 50K, Marathon, Relay, and Half-Marathon.
Races for all Runners
We’re 14 years into this incredible experience, featuring the Wild Woman Trail Marathon, Marathon Relay, 50k, and Half Marathon.
Join us on the Summer Solstice: June 20-21, 2025
But this isn’t just another trail race.
This is where women take their first trail running steps with the support of a team. Where women take on the challenge of their first marathon or ultra. Where women come to celebrate each other.
Join us to bask in a weekend trail running retreat experience at the base of Mt Adams in Trout Lake, Washington, in the beautiful Columbia River Gorge
The Spirit of the Wild Woman
Embrace the wild with a weekend of trail running supported by fellow women.
We’ve learned that women supporting women helps each of us do things we may have thought impossible, often with more joy. This is what the Wild Woman weekend is all about.
Come for the run, stay for the weekend at our Mt. Adams base camp.
We have all the ingredients for a great, fulfilling trail running weekend: beautiful forest trails marked with care, wholesome food from the community and exquisite vendors, and uplifting vibes to help women complete their trail run challenge. Add in yoga and post-run cold soak tubs and you’ve got a grassroots running retreat experience at the foot of Mt. Adams.
Your inner wild woman knows that you can do whatever you set your mind to. She knows that you have zero limits. Embrace her. We are.
See you in June!
-Steph, Susan, and Angie
Wild Woman Race Options
Relay Team: Grab a friend (or 3) and run a section of the marathon course. Distances range from 4.6 - 8 miles, making this a perfect first-time trail running race option.
Half Marathon: The half is a fantastic distance to challenge runners, even if you’ve never hit the trails!
Trail Marathon: Roll over gentle hills inside a Pacific Northwest forest paradise on the full marathon course. You’ll cross multiple mountain streams and feel the energy of support at every aid station.
50k Ultra Distance: Women have a way of doing more than they thought possible. This is why we offer an approachable way to do your first (or fiftieth) ultramarathon.
Afterward, all runners will be treated to lunch, post-run yoga, cold-soak tubs, and pure bliss.
